Paul Wilkinson, Solicitor in Lancashire

Paul Wilkinson is a founding member of The Claims Partnership. Paul is a very experienced solicitor having held a practising certificate since 1998.

Paul founded the Personal Injury department at Warings Solicitors, shortly after he qualified as a Solicitor in 1998. Over time, the Department expanded to include the administration of Clinical Negligence and Cosmetic Surgery claims. In 2011, Paul became a Director at Fylde Law Solicitors, overseeing the running of a large Civil Litigation department. Over the years, Paul has obtained millions of pounds in compensation for Accident and Clinical Negligence victims, as well as representing many individuals in civil rights disputes.

He is much loved by clients for the sense of calm and gentle humour he brings to the sometimes difficult cases and situations that they encounter.

Paul is an intrepid traveller having our travelled to over 50 countries around the world, citing Sri Lanka and Italy as his favourite places to visit. In his spare time he plays for a seven a side football team, Red Star Fulwood. He loves cycling and commutes to work each day on his racing bike. Despite being in his 40s, Paul still maintains ambitions of competing in the Tour de France. Paul lives in Preston with his wife and two young sons, Sol and Theo.
