Our approach to dispute resolution

There are numerous ways to solve a dispute; ultimately it depends on the type of dispute and the level of severity it has escalated to. Bringing a court claim against your opponent is not always the best option – as it may cause more harm than good – and in most cases should only be used as a last resort.

Here at The Claims Partnership, it is our aim to achieve the very best result for our clients, in the shortest amount of time, while exposing them to the lowest amount of inconvenience and stress.

We have years of experience and skills under our belt, which we use to persuade and negotiate with your opponent on your behalf. And we will do it robustly if we have to. Only if this approach fails would we recommend to our clients that a formal court claim be started. We find that this approach is the most effective; exploring all avenues of resolution before resorting to more final court proceedings.

If necessary, we can also arrange for independent and specialist Alternative Dispute Resolution or mediation services who will help to try and broker a settlement. We will only do this if it is your wish and if we believe it is the most appropriate option.
